There is a four-storey guest house with a total area of 400 m2 with 12 comfortable rooms of various categories, as well as a separate two-storey townhouse with an area of 150 m2. The total capacity of the complex is up to 53 guests. For a comfortable stay, guests can enjoy a 5×4-meter outdoor heated swimming pool, a children's playground, a cozy rotunda gazebo, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area, a garden and parking. The room stock includes double, triple, quadruple and two-room family rooms. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi and necessary furniture. Six rooms have private balconies. For large families and companies, a separate townhouse with a capacity of up to 10 people is offered. There is a spacious kitchen, a fireplace room with six-meter ceilings and panoramic windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Underfloor heating, a real wood-burning fireplace, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave oven, a gas stove, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and several balconies. The townhouse is fully rented to one family or one company without moving in. At the same time, the territory of the guest complex, a swimming pool, a gazebo, a playground, a summer kitchen and a barbecue area are common to all guests. The complex is connected to the central water supply and central sewerage. A large underground storage tank is provided for uninterrupted water supply. Hot water supply is provided by a gas boiler and an indirect heating boiler. Gas heating allows you to relax comfortably not only in summer, but also in the off-season.
