For rent to persons over 23 years old The maximum number of residents and guests in the house is 6 people. (to be paid separately!) ✅Indoor barbecue area - with oven, barbecue . We provide Skewers . ,Children 's playground We have 2 sun beds for sunbathing. There is a seating area on the terrace with a table, chairs , a sofa, and a speaker . The whole site is enclosed by a high fence. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, video surveillance, and is guarded by a private security company. On the territory of our house there is a large Parking lot, a swing for relaxing in the fresh air. There are good access roads to the house, 300 m from the house there is a shop, there is a bus stop nearby. Delicious food is delivered to us by such services as Yandex. Food , Delivery The house has a kitchen combined with a living room, Underfloor heating. ?The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (kettle, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, all necessary utensils) ?The living room is equipped with a TV (Kinopoisk , OKKO ) and a large double sofa bed. It has access to the terrace. Bedroom , with a huge two - by - two - meter bed and an Ascona sailor , air conditioning , TV , blackout curtains . It has access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, hygiene products, and a hairdryer . We provide : bed linen, towels. We do not provide drinking water, take it with you. We recommend that you do not forget to bring slippers and a bathrobe for the bath. We take a deposit of 10,000rubles, return it after checking the property and cleaning, 2 hours after eviction to the client's card. Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 12:00. There is a special place for smoking cigarettes on the territory of the house.
