После дождя были лужи в холле 1 этажа ,ребенок упал, разбил колено. Аптечка в другом корпусе, предложили вызвать скорую 🤦♀️. После этого пол так и не вытерли.
Анимации нет, детям 5+ лет делать нечего. Все платно,включая велосипеды, ракетки, мячи и даже корм для уток! Живой уголок на замке, подойти нельзя.
Содрали деньги за посещение детской комнаты в ресторане Доброград за 15 мин., потому что мы ели в другом ресторане, а не в этом!
В ресторане корпуса Гранд принесли пересоленную пасту.
С 8 утра горничные катали тележки, было очень слышно. Ну серьезно? Можно поспать хотя бы нормально?
При этом меню подушек предоставляется. 🤦♀️
Отель позиционируется как премиум, но уже давно везде все сделано для людей.
Ничего,кроме термального комплекса, данного класса тут нет.
Навигация по территории ужасная, указателей очень мало. Приходится кататься и искать.

В отеле есть очень неплохие номера. Хотя, попадались и варианты неудобные, непродуманные, но стоящие так же как и хорошие комфортные. Ухоженный парк вокруг отеля. СПА комплекс здесь очень не понравился. Руководство почему-то считает что детский крик успокаивает нервы) В бассейне, в душевых, в банях… везде бегают дети без присмотра взрослых… крик, шум, гам, суета… халат не выдают, второе полотенце тоже не полагается… жадность))) Завтраки отлично приготовлены, меню сбалансированное, продуманное. Повара готовят с душой) Но в целом впечатление среднее. Без восторгов и негатива.

Хорошая спа-зона, есть где погулять по территории, интересно посмотреть на урбанистику жилого квартала многоквартирных домов. Коттеджный поселок.

Dobrograd 4* Park Hotel is located in the Vladimir region, in a pine forest at the confluence of the Nerekhta and Arga rivers.
The complex includes 2 hotel buildings: Lake (by the lake) and Grand (in the park area), as well as Village cottages. Cozy rooms of the categories of Standard, Deluxe, Family and Suite are offered for accommodation. The rooms have a modern design and are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cottages have a dining area and a kitchen with a built-in refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hob and utensils for cooking and serving food.
On the picturesque territory of the hotel there are 3 restaurants, a park with open and closed locations, a landscape park with a forest belt and a lake, tourist routes. In summer there is a rope park, bike and ATV rentals, and in winter there are ski trails and snowmobiles. The spa complex with 7 types of baths and saunas and an outdoor heated swimming pool is especially loved by guests. In the summer, there is a concert venue on the water.
