From 08.11.21, check-in at hotels and other accommodation facilities is possible upon submission of one of the following documents: 1) A valid QR code obtained using a specialized application of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services "Public Services. Stopcoronavirus", which confirms that a citizen has received a second component of the vaccine or a single-component vaccine against a new coronavirus infection and no more than 12 months have passed since the date of vaccination, as well as an identity document; 2) A QR code obtained using a specialized application of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services "Public Services. Stopcoronavirus", which confirms that a citizen has suffered a new coronavirus infection and no more than 6 calendar months have passed since the date of his recovery, as well as an identity document; 3) An original certificate issued by a medical organization confirming information about vaccination or the transfer of a new coronavirus infection and no more than 6 calendar months have passed since the date of recovery (can only be presented by military personnel and civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation), as well as an identity document; 4) A negative result of a laboratory PCR test for the presence of a new coronavirus infection, carried out no earlier than 48 hours, as well as an identity document.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
