The house is located on the territory of the campsite "camping Natura". A two-storey house on the water of 100 sq.m. located in a picturesque corner on the banks of the Sazanka River. The house on the ground floor has a living room with a kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment (dishes, kettles, pots, salad bowls, etc.), a refrigerator, a microwave, TV, WiFi, a large table for eight people, a sofa, two armchairs. There is a wood-burning stove in the steam room, (brooms are allowed) a shower, a bathroom. The entire area of the 1st floor is equipped with underfloor heating. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms (small and large). The large bedroom has a 2-seater bed (180 by 200), a pull-out sofa, chest of drawers, TV and WiFi, air conditioning. A bedroom with access to a balcony of 10 sq.m. with a table and chairs. The small one has a bed (160 by 200), a cot, a feeding chair, a potty, toys, TV, WiFi. White linen is provided for all beds. Around the house there is a two-meter-wide deck, two wooden sofas, a two-meter table and two benches. Barbecue area on the veranda. It is allowed to use only coals in the grill. On the territory of the campsite there is a sandy beach with sun loungers, a playground, a lighted area. An area with an open beach and an oak forest for walking. There is a possibility to rent catamarans, sup-boards, jet skis, banana riding in the summer. Fishing with your own gear is possible both in summer and in winter. Good access all year round, secured Parking for cars. It is possible to connect the motorhome to the power grid. We rent the house for quiet companies, families with children.
