A free transfer will be organized between Polyana 540 and Polyana 960. Starting from December 1, 2026, every guest staying in the Resort’s hotels and apartments will receive ski passes or walking tickets for the entire stay period at no additional cost. Ski passes or walking tickets are provided for all days of stay at the Resort, from check‑in to check‑out.

According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.

In apartments equipped with single convertible beds, the cost of converting them into a double bed is an additional 1,500 rubles.. Starting from September 1, 2025, when checking in to the Apartment Complex, foreign guests will need to pay a security deposit of 5,000 rubles. The deposit serves as a guarantee of the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of stay. In the event of damage to the property or violation of the rules, the hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit in full or in part to cover the losses. If no violations occur during check‑out, the deposit amount will be fully refunded to the guest.
