Из всех гостевых домов Крыма, в которых нам посчастливилось побывать в этой поездке, данный гостевой дом понравился больше всех. Он отличается от других тем, что имеет собственную атмосферу, ауру, создаёт настроение. Архитектура дома будто прямиком из 19 века, с налётом богемности; во дворе фонтан, с утра и до вечера на территории двора ненавязчиво играет музыка, которая совершенно не мешает. На заднем дворе огромный надувной бассейн, шезлонги. В этом доме хочется встречать закаты на открытой террасе, неспешно потягивая вино и читая стихи)) Отдельной благодарности и восхищения заслуживают хозяева - Виктор и Марина. Их тёплое, чуткое, пропитанное добротой и заботой о постояльцах отношение очень подкупает. Они всегда улыбчивы, всегда рады прийти на помощь. Заметно, что люди очень трепетно относятся к своему делу. Также хочется отметить кафе на территории гостевого дома - очень вкусная еда по приемлемым ценам, причём завтраки уже включены в стоимость проживания. Номера чистые, уютные, оснащены всей необходимой мебелью и бытовой техникой. Для себя мы твёрдо приняли решение обязательно вернуться сюда вновь.

Шикарное место, приняли нас ночью в 21 час по МСК, 5-рых взрослых дядичек в зелёном, не обидели. Встретили, накормили, напоили, баиньки уложили, сказки рассказали. Уютно, тепло, просторно как дома, атмосфера 🔥. Спасибо большое всем. Для отдыха душой и телом рекомендую 👍

Отдыхали семьёй в июле. Все классно! Советую всем. Цена приемлемая,сервиз высокой, расположение отличное. Хозяева добродушные люди.
About the hotel
The Ultramarine Hotel is located in the suburb of the world-famous resort of Yevpatoria, the village of Zaozernoye, just 70 meters from the magnificent sandy beach! It offers comfortable rooms with all amenities, a private cafe, parking spaces, a barbecue area, a children's playground and a bar. There are places to relax on the beach: gazebos, canopies, sun beds with soft mattresses.
Unfortunately, access to the beach is currently closed due to the SWO. The nearest working beach is about 3 km away. For our guests, we will arrange a free daily shuttle service to the nearest beach and back.
In addition, a relaxation area with a large frame pool and sun loungers is equipped for the convenience of guests.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat—screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Some rooms have a terrace or balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
There is a shuttle service from the airport and railway station.

Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. Simferopol Airport is 70 km from Ultramarine Hotel.
