Eugene's apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Feodosia "Kamyshi". This area is the closest in Feodosia to the famous Golden Beach. 950 meters away is the best part of the golden beach called Scarlet Sails or Family Beach. It is equipped with sun loungers, volleyball nets, children's slides and playgrounds, and there is a cafe and bar nearby. The path from the guest house to the beach runs along an asphalt footpath surrounded by reeds, past the lake. There is a small market, shops, a pharmacy, a taxi stand and a bus stop within a minute's walk (it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center without a transfer). There is parking for 8-10 cars, and you can also park on the street opposite. Each room has a bathroom, air conditioning, HD-TV, refrigerator, safe, electric kettle and tea accessories, free WI-FI, daily cleaning service. A three-course meal is offered, or you can use the fully equipped shared kitchen for vacationers and a barbecue area. There is a game room with billiards, darts, children's and adult table football, a piano, a large construction kit, a pool with balls and a Swedish wall, and there is also a separate room with table tennis. The heated pool with illuminated water has a size of 10.5 x 4 x 1.6 meters. All of the above-mentioned entertainment is free for vacationers.
