Guest house Xava

Xava is a cozy guest house 5 minutes from the sea, a convenient area without fuss, but close to everything you need on vacation. The sea is 500 meters away (5-7 minutes on foot), near the dining room and shops, Gagra Dolphinarium, Gagra water park, Embankment, Seaside Park. The guest house has a total of 7 rooms: 3 on the ground floor, 4 on the second floor. Each room has a double bed + pull-out sofa, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, calm, homely atmosphere. It offers a shared kitchen (you can cook by yourself), cozy relaxation areas in the courtyard, free parking, and a barbecue area. A transfer service from the airport, Adler railway station, borders is available for an additional fee.
