Nacharianoff Guest House

Nacharianoff Guest House is located in Novaya Gagra, 700 meters from the sea or a 7-10 minute walk. It is located at a distance of 38 km from Adler Railway Station and 40 km from Sochi International Airport. Our house is located on a small hillock. Thanks to this, the balconies of our rooms offer a magnificent view of the sea and mountains, because we are away from the central highway - fresh air, sparsely populated and quiet. There are 8 rooms in our guest house. 6 of them have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a place for cars near the house. For the convenience of guests, on the 1st floor of the house there is a guest kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and eating. We provide meals for guests for a fee. Within walking distance from the house there is a hydrotherapy center, a small embankment of the Alex Beach hotel. The central embankment is a 15-minute walk away. It offers a garden, a green gazebo for evening gatherings, a terrace, free private parking, family rooms, barbecue facilities, 24-hour front desk, Wi-Fi, guided tours, airport shuttle for an additional fee
