The housing complex is equipped with modern surveillance cameras on the street and indoors, parking lots for a total of 400 cars are equipped at the houses. In the courtyard there is a playground with exercise equipment, playgrounds, lounge chairs, a table tennis table. The house territory is beautifully landscaped by a caring management company. Always clean bed linen and towels in sufficient quantity Bathroom accessories (shampoo, balm, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, cotton pads, cotton swabs, feminine hygiene items) Free change of bed linen and towels is provided for stays of 7 days or more each week. It is strictly forbidden in the apartment: -smoking of any form of smoking products, liquids, etc., including on the balcony; -hosting parties; -violation of the law of silence for residents of an apartment building.
