A cozy cottage of 100 square meters, located just 2 minutes walk from the sea and 1 minute from the shops. This is an ideal place for family holidays and friendly meetings! The cottage includes three bedrooms, one of which can be used as a living room with a sofa. The spacious and bright rooms are decorated with care for your comfort. Blackout curtains are installed in each bedroom so that you can enjoy a restful sleep. The windows of the two bedrooms offer a scenic view of the lake. For your convenience, the cottage has all the necessary amenities: a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a refrigerator and an additional refrigerator outside, as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. We also provide welcome water and towels for the pool. On hot days, you will enjoy air conditioning and mosquito nets, and a cot and high chair are provided for families with children. On the territory of the cottage you will find a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a barbecue and a gazebo for enjoying the fresh air. Board games and books are available for leisure, as well as a music center in the courtyard. Free Wi-Fi and access to an online cinema with children's channels are provided for your convenience. Cleaning is provided at an additional cost, and bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Please note that parties are prohibited in the cottage, and a quiet hour is set after 23:00. We have no age restrictions for children, and accommodation with pets is possible by prior arrangement. Parking is free and can accommodate up to 3 cars. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00.
