It is possible to accommodate 2 adults with 2 children. The apartment is located in a new neighborhood with developed infrastructure, has a convenient transport interchange. Self-check-in and check-out! You will find all the necessary information in the description below. Please do not submit an application if you have not read the rules of check-in and accommodation. Cost: the price is subject to change and depends on specific dates, month, number of guests and rental period. On weekends and holidays, the price is higher — the current price for your booking period can be found through the "Select dates" button. Rules of accommodation and check-in: Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 11:30. On the day of arrival, before 14:00, we will send you the check-in instructions, which will contain all the information: the code for the entrance intercom, the floor, the apartment number, the code for the safe box with the apartment key. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if they do not overlap with the needs of the previous or next guest. The deposit is required and amounts to 3,000 rubles. Refund on the day of departure before 21:00 by transfer to your card after cleaning and checking the condition of the apartment. To check in, you will need a passport. for legal entities and business travelers, accounting documents on request (receipt by e-mail, contract). Prohibited: Smoking of any form of smoking products and liquids throughout the apartment, including on the balcony. Hosting noisy parties and events. The apartment is not rented for events and persons under the age of 21. In accordance with the Federal law of the Russian Federation No. 52-FZ "On Silence", it is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 8:00. Do not turn on the TV or music loudly (please keep the neighbors quiet). Only the number of guests indicated in the booking can stay. Pets are allowed only after consultation with the owner. Damage to property. In case of damage, damage, or loss of the lessor's property, the lessee is obliged to reimburse its full value. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, a fine in the amount of the deposit amount will be charged. The historical part of the city is no more than 10 minutes away by car, and the Izumrudnoye recreation center is 15-20 minutes away by car.
