Our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a new brick house, in the spa and sanatorium part of Goryachy Klyuch. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with EVERYTHING necessary for a long and comfortable stay. Ironed bed linen and towels, hygiene products are provided. The apartment (40 m2) has a large kitchen (12 m2) and a room (18 m2), a bathroom, a glazed balcony. Kitchen: large double-chamber refrigerator, stove, double sofa bed, TV, self-contained double boiler. Room: comfortable double bed (1.6 m wide), TV, split system, warm carpet on the floor, wardrobe. Bathroom/node: bathtub. ADDITIONALLY, we provide a baby cot and a high chair, as agreed. The house is new, built in 2022. Quiet, peaceful neighbors. Parking in the courtyard (free of charge), intercom, video surveillance. The house is located in the center of the resort area, next to the Krugloye lake. There are sanatoriums and a drinking gallery within walking distance, as well as a healing spring on the Psekups River. Nearby there is a square with a fountain, a walking pine alley of 1000 pines, a sanatorium and resort park, Dante's gorge, a health trail. There is also the largest grocery market in the city, Magnit, Pyaterochka, Sberbank, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria, sushi bar, outdoor playground, SPA. Farm fairs are held on Saturdays. There is a children's trampoline, bicycle rental, electric scooters. Everything is within walking distance of 10-15-20 minutes on foot. Within walking distance (2 minutes) is the Krugloye urban Lake, which was opened in 2021 after major restoration. On the territory of the lake there are two large playgrounds, sports equipment, a Panorama restaurant complex, an amusement park, and in summer there is a beach with showers and a locker room. Transfer from Krasnodar airport and railway station (by appointment). Transfer from Goryachy Klyuch railway station (free of charge). Check-in after 14-0, check-out before 12-0. Check-in and check-out are possible by agreement at a convenient time for you (as agreed). The price is designed to accommodate 2 people. THE TOTAL AMOUNT will depend on the number of days and people. All special requests (extra beds and bedding, etc.) are negotiated in advance and for an additional fee. A baby cot is provided by agreement, for a fee. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entrance, and parties are prohibited.
