The guest house at 48 Lermontova Street is located in the very center of the resort area, in close proximity to sanatoriums, a drinking gallery, a pine alley of 1000 pines, Petushok Mountain, a healing spring on the Psekups River (500 meters), within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, a cable car to the mountains and all the sights of the resort city. The area is popular for hiking. The distance to the airport is 54 km, and the train station is 5 km away. There are 4 Comfort rooms and one separate guest House made of timber. The rooms have 1 double bed, a folding chair for a child. Dining table, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron. Own facilities. there is a carpet on the floor. Beautiful view of the mountains from the window and wide loggia. The loggia has a sofa and an ashtray for comfortable smoking. Good quality WIFI, always clean hot and cold water from its own well and seasonal heating. Cozy and comfortable. Parking in front of the house, 1 place for 1 room or house, (5 in total), a shared kitchen for cooking, where there is a stove, microwave, washing machine. There is also a sun terrace. A separate wooden house is designed for 4-5 guests, on the 1st floor there is a gorgeous stone barbecue and everything for cooking, a large dining table, sofas around it. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, each room has its own shower room. There is a toilet on the first and second floors. There is underfloor heating everywhere on the ground floor. The house leaves no one indifferent, you want to spend time with your loved ones, it's cozy, comfortable and, as the guests write in the reviews: atmospheric. Please be understanding.
