The classic Gogol cottage is located within the city limits of Gubakha. From the windows of the cottage you can see the top point of the ski resort, it is located 5 minutes away from us, very close to Gogol, there are two equipment rentals. Within walking distance: outdoor and indoor skating rinks, the Cube Museum, the Dominant Theater, the KinoLit cinema hall. By car, it will be convenient to reach natural attractions such as the Stone Town and the Usvinsky Pillars (30-40 minutes), as well as the scenery for the film "The Heart of Parma" (20 minutes). The cottage has its own parking for 8 cars, as well as a small fenced area with a barbecue area. The barbecue area includes a barbecue and a table with two benches, provided free of charge. Additional equipment for cooking juicy shish kebab (8 skewers, 2 grates, charcoal (10 kg.), ignition (0.2 liters.) and 1 pair of gloves) is available for an additional fee for the entire stay + 2500 rubles. During the period from November 28 to March inclusive, provided that your reservation falls on the night from Saturday to Sunday or public holidays, additional equipment for the barbecue area is provided free of charge. Accommodation is arranged on the first floor of the cottage. A separate location means relaxing without neighbors in peace and quiet, so it is great for families with children. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The living space is prepared with care for the guests: high ceilings give an extra sense of space, comfortable mattresses and orthopedic pillows ensure quality sleep, designer renovation and new furniture guarantee a cozy atmosphere in the house. During the cold period, the cottage is always heated, during the warm period it is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. Bottled water in large nineteen-liter bottles with a dispenser is always prepared for guests. We offer: - Two full bedrooms. (In the first bedroom: a double bed (1800x2000) and a spacious wardrobe. In the second bedroom: two single beds (900x2000), a double sofa bed (1100x1900), two closets, a full-length mirror, and a desk with a desk lamp). During the period from April to November 27, when booking a cottage for 1-2 people, only one bedroom is available to choose from. When choosing one of the bedrooms, the second one is closed - the rest of the cottage space remains completely at your disposal. During the period from November 28 to March inclusive, the cottage is fully rented, regardless of the number of guests. - A spacious hallway. (In the hallway there are: a large full-length mirror, a variety of convenient hangers, shelves and hooks, as well as a thermal curtain that will allow drying clothes and ski equipment in winter. We also leave slippers for each guest there). "The living room. (In the living room there are two double sofas (1200x2600) and (1200x1900), a TV with smart TV). - The kitchen area. (everything you need is included: a table, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kitchen set, an electric kettle, an electric stove, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, a teapot, salt, sugar, tea bags, instant coffee). Grocery stores of well-known chains are located near the cottage: Magnit, Pyaterochka, Monetka and Krasnoe&Beloe. There is a delivery service in the city, cafes, canteens and restaurants are within walking distance. - Free Wi-Fi. - Finnish sauna with Himalayan salt (2000x1000). The sauna is located right in the cottage and can accommodate up to 2 people at the same time. Please note that our sauna is Finnish, so it does not involve the use of a broom. During the period from April to November 27, the sauna is available for an additional fee of 3500 rubles for 1 day (warming up takes 1 hour before use and 1 hour 30 minutes to the maximum temperature). From November 28 to March inclusive, the sauna is provided absolutely free of charge. - Bathroom (In the bathroom there are: shower cabin with audio system and ventilation, toilet, sink, illuminated mirror, washing machine, gel and conditioner for washing, hair dryer, disposable hygiene items, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, towels for each guest). The cottage also has an iron, ironing board and a folding floor dryer. One of our most important values is customer–oriented service. It is important for us that each guest feels personally cared for. Despite the fact that the cottage format does not allow for 24-hour reception, our managers are always in touch and will help resolve any issue. We strive to make your stay at the cottage as comfortable and convenient as possible.: - We are cleaning the cottage at the request of our guests. Cleaning is carried out within 3 hours from 12:00 to 15:00 local time. - We are happy to welcome your pets. For accommodation with a pet, the manager must be notified in advance. The surcharge for one pet is +5000 rubles per day, subject to early check-out before 10:00. - Together with the Formula Service company, we have prepared a unique opportunity to purchase a stylish souvenir from Gubakha right in the cottage! To do this, it is enough to write to the manager about the desire to buy a souvenir and transfer the required amount. - We will organize two exciting electric bike routes: Ladeyny Log and Usva. Check-in at the cottage starts at 15:00 local time, check-out until 12:00 local time. Check-in is possible both contactless (by code) and by the traditional meeting of guests in the house. Upon arrival, you must provide a passport and a deposit of 3,000 rubles. In case of compliance with all the rules of accommodation, the deposit is refunded after the departure of the guests during the day.
