The hotel consists of 3 buildings made of natural wood. The distance from the hotel to the airport is 79 km, to the railway station - 2.8 km, to the center of Gudauta - 3.8 km. The hotel has a total of 60 standard and family standard rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have their own entrance.
