About the apartments
Family Deluxe is a spacious family apartment in the most atmospheric and cozy village of Gurzuf on the Southern Coast of Crimea. The magnificent sea view from the rooms (each apartment has bed linen and towels, as well as a necessary set of kitchen utensils and dishes), a well-maintained protected area, a large outdoor pool and the sophistication of the apartment decoration make our guests come back to us again and again! The complex is located at 3 Stroiteley Street, Yalta, Gurzuf village. There are 85 apartments in the residential complex. Meals can be turned on on request, as well as self-catering at the on-site cafe. We help to arrange transportation services for a fee. The price includes:Use of the swimming pool (the pool is open from May to September), sun beds on the beach area of the pool, use of the barbecue area, playground, children's room, billiards, ping-pong, children's animation on Tuesdays (from June to August inclusive).Car parking:
The cost of renting a parking space in the underground parking is 500 rubles/day (from 04/25 to 10/15), 400 rubles/day (from 15.10 to 25.04).
Pets are allowed:
Pets are allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed in all apartments. Yalta is 30 km away, and there is a pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there is a large supermarket with groceries, as well as several cafes and restaurants, located nearby in the vicinity of the Artek shopping center.
