Dear guests, we are glad to see you in our spacious two-room apartment with a beautiful view of Mashuk Mountain. Our apartment is suitable for family holidays, as well as for business trips. The apartment is located near the interchange of highways leading to the city of Grozny, Dagestan, Mount Elbrus. - The apartment is located 5 km from Pyatigorsk, 10 km from Zheleznovodsk and 40 km from Kislovodsk. - The largest market in the region, the Lira, and the fur market are also a 15-minute drive away. - Nearby there is a sanatorium "Mashuk Aqua-Term", the thermal complex "Italian baths", an aquapark. - Supermarkets Magnit, Magnit Cosmetics, Pyaterochka, bakery, meat and fish pavilions are within walking distance. - Within a 5-minute walk there is a cafeteria, sushi, pizza, canteen, kebab shop, pharmacy, grocery store 24 hours, alcohol market, gas station.You can relax on the lake. - In the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue area, a small Playground, Parking. The rules of our house: - You can smoke in the apartment on the loggia. - Parties and noisy events are prohibited. - The number of guests must match the number indicated in the booking. - A passport is required upon check-in. - Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible by appointment. - We provide accounting documents for business trips.
