Please note that the current prices are shown in the calendar. The price may vary depending on the day of the week, the season and the length of stay! The cost of accommodation is indicated for accommodating 2 guests in one bed. When 2 guests are accommodated in different beds, a one-time additional fee is charged for the entire stay. Children under 4 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed and a set of towels. Please also review the basic rules.: The studio apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of three guests. Remote check-in is organized in the studio apartment. Despite remote check-in, reservations are made from 7:00 to 23:00 Irkutsk time. When booking, you must be prepared to pay a security deposit of 3,000 rubles, which is refunded after check-out and cleaning, provided there is no damage and the rules of the house are followed. Immediately before check-in, the Guest provides a passport photo and pays the remaining cost of the reservation. In case of late arrival, after 23:00, the accommodation must be paid at the time of booking or before 23:00 Irkutsk time. Please take care of bed linen and other textiles. Spot removal is charged separately for 100₽/spot and will be deducted from the deposit. In case of damage to the laundry without the possibility of restoration, we will deduct its value from the deposit for the purchase of a new one. We do not provide apartments for noisy parties (quiet hour on weekdays from 21:00 to 09:00, on weekends and holidays from 22:00 to 10:00) and events, and we do not accommodate Guests under the age of 21. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the apartment! The fine is 3,000 rubles. Placement with pets is possible after approval for an additional fee and with an increased security deposit. ▪️ Accounting documents are provided upon request A discount system is available for long-term bookings.
