We are ready to accommodate up to 4 adult guests.: A comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress and a pull-out sofa for two beds. High-quality bed linen and soft pillows and blankets. Towels, toothbrushes and pastes, shampoo and shower gel are provided for each guest. Modern kitchen: set of dishes, cutlery, kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave. Small things: tea, coffee, spices. There is a dining area with a solid wood table, as well as a pull-out bar in the kitchen. Cast-iron bathroom, rain shower, hair dryer. Spacious dressing room, everything necessary for storing and caring for clothes: washing machine, folding dryer, iron, ironing board. Sitting area: sofa, armchair, smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning . There are shops, health centers, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. For your comfort and maintaining cleanliness and coziness: smoking is prohibited in the apartment, pets are not allowed, parties and noisy events are prohibited. For stays of more than 7 days: cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is carried out once a week for free.
