Our apartment is decorated with special attention to detail. A functional kitchen, pots of different sizes, a frying pan, we have all the kitchen utensils from a grater to a spoon! We have tea, sugar, salt, spices, vegetable oil and a full set of dishes. Upon check-in, you will receive a welcome hygiene kit for the first time: shampoo 30 ml (2 pcs), shower gel 30 ml (2 pcs), toothbrush and paste (2 pcs), washing powder and conditioner. We guarantee the cleanliness and consistency of the apartment with the photos in the ad. What is important to know: - After checking in, we conclude an electronic contract within an hour (the original passport is required) and you pay an insurance deposit of 2000 for your accuracy. It will be returned to you on the day of departure after cleaning. - For seconded employees, we can provide accounting documents for the accounting department and issue an invoice to the company. Any payment method! - They don't smoke in our apartment. If you have smoked cigarettes or something that leaves a smell, and we feel it, the deposit will not be refunded. It is very important for you, us and the next guests that the apartment smells nice! - It is strictly forbidden to accommodate guests under the age of 21 without parents. The reservation will be cancelled and the funds will not be refunded. - Only the number of guests specified in the booking can stay in the apartment. - The apartment is rented exclusively for living! Filming and holding events of any kind, noisy feasts are prohibited. We are in an apartment building and cherish the peaceful sleep of our neighbors. Attention! In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, we have the right to refuse you without a refund and an insurance deposit.
