Upon check-in, you will receive a sweet compliment and a set of breakfast items. For stays of more than 7 days, cleaning and linen change are provided free of charge once a week. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We kindly ask you to take CARE of bed linen and towels. Stain removal is paid separately - 200₽/item, 1000₽ blanket/blanket. In case of "questionable" stains, the deposit is refunded only after the actual receipt of clean laundry from the laundry. In case of damage to the laundry without the possibility of restoration, its cost will be deducted from the deposit. The price is indicated for the accommodation of 2 guests in one bed. Children UNDER 4 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed and a set of towels. When 2 guests are accommodated in 2 separate beds, a one-time surcharge of 500 rubles is charged for the entire stay. If you need accounting documents, notify us in advance and we will prepare them for you. We do not provide apartments for noisy parties and events, and we do not accommodate unaccompanied Guests under the age of 18. Smoking of cigarettes, hookahs, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited in the apartment, including on the balcony.
