It is noteworthy that among the homeowners of this area, Krasilnikov was the only representative of the intelligentsia, which gave the estate a special status. The modern history of the hotel The hotel was opened in August 2013. The building was reconstructed to preserve the historical appearance of the 19th-century manor. Today, the hotel is part of the 130th pedestrian quarter, a unique place in Irkutsk that recreates the atmosphere of a wooden Siberian city of the XVIII-XIX centuries. Architectural features The exterior of the hotel is an exact replica of the historic manor house. The building is built of a valuable wood species — Siberian pine, which has long been famous for its qualities.
