Отель не тянет 4,4 звёзды, в номер было холодно , окна требуют хорошего ремонта. На улице холодало в номере тоже холодало. Кормя так себе, всю еду греют в микроволновке.

Жаль нет ноля.
В целом был там 1 час.
На жалобы на холод администратор ответил-нет тепло и ничего не произвел.
На жалобу вода холодная: подождите, нагреется.
На просьбу дать съехать и вернуть часть денег: решительное нет- а точнее у нас уже деньги ушли через терминал и налоги уплачены ) У нас все нормально, это компьютер не подогрел комнату, а котельная не нагрела воду.
Зачем это знать потребителю?!
Про сам номер: все старое, на плитке вековой налет непонятного цвета, размеры комнат очень маленькие.
Администратор хороший, пытается найти общий язык и решить возникший вопрос.
Не рекомендую.

Добрый день!
Цена отеля не соответствует качеству. После 23:00 нельзя подогреть или купит еду , в номерах нет чайника. Уборка отеля не проводилась за 4 дня.
