Cozy barnhouse-style house with Christmas trees for family holidays, located 70 km from the MKAD along Novorizhskoe highway, near the Istra reservoir. Plot (8 acres) with a campfire area with comfortable chairs and benches with cushions, barbecue area (skewers available), Parking for 2 cars with sliding gates. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults: a double bedroom, a children's room with two single beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. For the youngest guests: a cot (with linens, a pillow and a blanket), a high chair, a baby toilet seat, a step stand under the sink, a TV projector in the nursery with streaming services connected. Modern amenities: underfloor heating throughout the house with the ability to control the temperature in the house through a thermostat, air conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, TV, TV projector, robot vacuum cleaner, regular vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine for Espresso capsules (there is an adapter for ground coffee), cappuccino machine, refrigerator, microwave with grill and hob for 4 comfort plates.
