Плюс данной гостиницы один. Рядом есть кафе и магазины.
Если вы брезгливы, как я, для вас будет мучением пребывание в данном месте. Плесень в ванной везде, пыль на горизонтальных поверхностях, большая паутина на окне, просроченные средства гигиены. Матрас, в области плеч и тела весь в выпуклых пружинах, намотрасник съезжает, спишь, как в гнезде. При попытке пошевелиться, рядом спящего будит от движения матраса. (Ощущение, что водный, но нет). Сидушка унитаза не держится в вертикальном положении, всегда падает. Полы в пыли. На 3х человек 2 маленьких полотенца и 2 банных, так же 2 пары тапочек. Скрипучие полы, что в номере, что этажом выше. Из лейки душа вода брызжет в разные стороны до дверей ванной. Кухней не пользовались, телевизор весь склеенный скотчем с наклейкой на экране не включали. Сеток на форточках нет, вся живность летит смело в комнату.

Хорошо отдохнули , все чисто и уютно , минус только в том что телевизор старенький и балкон не застеклён, там был сугроб, а так все в полне хорошо 👍
