We rent two-room apartments in the village of Kalininets (fabrichnaya street - near Selyatino). There are 4 separate beds. It can accommodate up to 5 guests For business travelers and legal entities, it is possible to pay by bank transfer, accounting documents and receipts with a QR code. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: + Plasma TV and Wi-Fi + 160 x 200 double bed with mattress from Ascona subsidiary company + Three single beds 90 by 200 with mattresses from a subsidiary of Ascona + Blankets and pillows + Bed linen and towels + Microwave and kettle + Refrigerator + Gas stove + Dishes and appliances for cooking different dishes + Washing machine and dryer + Ironing board, iron and hair dryer As well as walking distance to the Dixie convenience store, pick-up points, public transport stops, and Selyatino railway station, which is a 10-minute walk away. And if you walk 15 minutes to Selyatino itself, there will be: the Selyatino shopping center, a cinema, an ice palace, a swimming pool, a hospital, a temple, a dream park, bowling, billiards and delicious cafes. There are rules in our apartments that are not difficult to follow.: - We do not smoke inside (any kind of smoking). It is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed, without residual ashes! - No more than 5 people - Parties and loud noise are prohibited, we love our neighbors very much. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. The standard check-in to our apartments is from 15:00, and the standard check-out is until 12:00, however, if possible, we will try to adjust to your plans, please write your wishes on time. Our company is not a hotel, so we inform you that the laundry is dried directly in the apartment. By booking an apartment, you confirm that there are no complaints about this issue.
