We invite you to spend your vacation in a cozy apartment with a wonderful view of planet Earth and beautiful sunsets. Our apartments are located in the center of Kaliningrad, surrounded by the Cathedral, the Museum of the World Ocean, the Museum of Fine Arts and Birzhevy Square with singing fountains. One-bedroom and spacious apartment only after renovation. It has everything you need for your comfortable and cozy stay. Cozy, soft and comfortable sleeping places that will allow you to sleep well and gain strength for tomorrow's tourist day. Each bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, coffee table, TV, on the balcony you can spend a cozy evening with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the sunsets or music. The bright kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine and a hairdryer, personal hygiene products (toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner). The toilet has a water heater for continuous hot water supply on shutdown days, toilet paper. There is wireless Internet and good quality TV, so that you don't get bored in the evening if the weather lets you down. The apartment is located near the most popular attractions of our city by the Pregolya River, to be on the island of I. Kant you will need 9 leisurely minutes, where you can buy excursions, visit the Cathedral and enjoy the music of the organ, rent a scooter, the Museum of Fine Arts (Stock Exchange) right at home, I highly recommend visiting it, in the evening opposite You can sit on a bench and enjoy the classical music fountain, walk 18 minutes to the Museum of the World Ocean, and 8 minutes to the Fish Village, where there are various cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget. Also, in 19 minutes you can get to the Southern railway station, from where the train runs to various resort towns of our region Zelenogradsk, Svetlogorsk, Yantarny and other cities. Crossing the bridge in 6 minutes you can get to the Plaza shopping center, which has a cinema, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a playground and a football/basketball field behind the house. There are public transport stops within walking distance (5-10 minutes). A transfer from/to the airport is available on request.
