Rental conditions: It can be rented to persons over 25 years old upon presentation of a passport. Deposit amount (deposit) It is 3,000 rubles. For guests staying 1 night, a cleaning fee of 600 rubles is charged. It is strictly FORBIDDEN in the apartment: The presence of guests exceeding the number specified in the booking. The cost of accommodation depends on the season, the number of guests and the length of stay and varies from 2000 to 4000 rubles per day. Maximum number of guests: 2 people (couple). The standard check–in time is from 14:00, check–out is until 12:00 Kaliningrad time. However, we are always ready to meet you halfway and consider the possibility of individual check-in and check-out times, if possible. Non-standard check-in and check-out times are discussed in advance. A deposit of 3,000 rubles is refunded to the card after cleaning, provided that cleanliness, silence and no damage to property are observed. If the smell of tobacco smoke is detected, the deposit will not be refunded.
