Dear guests, we welcome you! Veronika and Alexey, we are pleased to invite you to our Cozy Warm apartment on the Upper Lake. One-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of one of the German houses in an old quarter in the city center, within walking distance from Lake Superior (Obertheich) .The apartment is equipped with all appliances- microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Double bed, double sofa bed. There is a cot and a playpen for small children.Windows to the courtyard.Parking is possible near the house and in the yard. The main door opens onto the quiet Hospital Street, formerly Wartenburgstrasse. Within walking distance are the Amber Museum, Wrangel Tower, central market, Victory Square, Northern Railway Station, Yunost Park. The entire infrastructure, including cafes, restaurants, shops, is 2-5 minutes from the house. Transfer to the airport, railway station is paid, by agreement. We will select excursions (including to other cities of the region) in a comfortable car. Check-out before 12:00, check-in from 14:00. Early and late check-in and check-out are individually negotiated. All issues are resolved. We meet and escort you personally. Remote (contactless) check-in is possible. Late check-in/check-out, early check-in/check-out - by appointment.We can provide paid car parking in a closed area for EU tourists traveling in transit to Russia. We would be grateful if you would tell us in advance how to prepare your sleeping places. A walk through the Chestnut Park will take you to the pedestrian Baranova Street leading to Victory Square and the central Temple.
