Would you like to combine your stay with a visit to the hammam? Then come to us! Our apartment is located in one of the top locations in Kaliningrad! Right at the Museum of the World Ocean with the pleasant bonus of having a hammam in it. If you plan to walk around all the tourist spots of our city, and then enjoy a Turkish bath in a beautiful setting, then you are here! We have tried to create the most comfortable conditions for you so that you can feel at home. We can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or a family with a child. In the room you can relax on a large bed with a comfortable mattress, as well as on a comfortable sofa while watching your favorite movies. The North Station is 5 minutes away by minibus. From it you can reach the sea coast (30-40 min.). Fresh linen and towels will allow you to relax and gain strength after a busy day. We provide accounting documents and receipts upon prior request! Rules of accommodation and check-in: Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. (Early check-in and late check-out are additionally negotiated and depend on the availability of other bookings before or after you.) Parties/events are not allowed! You can't smoke. "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is forbidden to make noise): from 22:00 to 09:00. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you indicated at the time of booking. The deposit is returned to the card after cleaning the apartment, subject to the rental rules and no damage to the property. If there is a smell of tobacco smoke in the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded! Check-in upon presentation of a passport by contactless method. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded.
