The house (Khrushchev 1967) with an entrance renovated in 2023. The apartment itself is fully renovated in June 2024. It's clean, fresh and thought out to the smallest detail. For the soul and mood There is a special atmosphere in this apartment: · Vinyl records — for warm evenings; · Guitar — you can pick it up and play; · Coffee machine with fragrant coffee — the morning starts right.  About the apartment Capacity: up to 3 guests (or 2 adults + child). Sleeping places: · King-size bed (160×200) with orthopedic mattress; · Folding sofa (110×200). Specify the exact number of guests when booking — we will prepare for your arrival. Free indoor parking in the courtyard A rarity for the center! Your car is under guard, there is a barrier, only for residents. Everything is like in Hotel 5, but with a soul Bathroom: · washing machine, hairdryer, electric heated towel rail; · shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for hair; · fluffy towels, 2 for each guest, slippers, dental kits. Kitchen: · Bork horn coffee machine, toaster, microwave, steamer, water filter, refrigerator, hob, kettle; · full set of dishes; · welcome set: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, butter, groceries. Technology and comfort: · Smart TV, Wi-Fi; · ironing board, iron, dryer; umbrellas, heater (out of season), beach towels (in summer).  For comfort and entertainment You can rent an Xbox 360 Slim with Kinect and 85 games (NFS, GTA, FIFA, Forza and others).
