The apartment is located within walking distance to the Kaliningrad city center! Not far from the Royal Gate. A new residential complex with its own Parking and a quiet courtyard. We have tried to create the most comfortable conditions for you so that you can feel at home. To make your morning the kindest, we have taken care of the coffee machine and natural coffee. We can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. In the room you can relax on a large bed with a comfortable mattress. The North Station is 5 minutes away by minibus. From it you can reach the sea coast (30-40 min.) The snow-white linen and the silence that reigns in the apartment will allow you to relax and gain strength after a busy day. We provide the father payment documents and receipts upon prior request! We love guests with children! For an additional fee, we will be happy to provide: a high chair, a playpen cot and a walking stick. We also have a transfer service to/from the airport. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN: Check-in time: after 14.00 Check-out time: before 12.00 (Early check-in and late check-out are additionally agreed upon and depend on the availability of other bookings before or after you) The price is indicated for 2 people. The surcharge for each next guest is 1000₽/day. Discounts are provided for long-term stays! For double occupancy and payment according to the rate for 2 guests, only the bed is made. Extra bed linen for the sofa is available on request for an additional fee (Please inform in advance). Upon arrival, an insurance deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after cleaning the apartment if all the property is safe. For guests under 20 years of age and for guests traveling with pets, a security deposit of 10,000 rubles is required. To check in, you must provide a copy of your passport and sign an offer agreement. Remote check-in is possible after full payment for accommodation and making an insurance deposit. Parties/events are not allowed! "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is forbidden to make noise): from 22:00 to 09:00. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you indicated at the time of booking.
