The apartment is located within walking distance to one of the most favorite places of all tourists - Kanta Island and the Fish Village. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen, a living room, we can comfortably accommodate 4 adults or a family with 2 children. In the room you can relax on a bed with a comfortable mattress. In the living room, you can relax on a large and comfortable sofa while watching your favorite movies. Dear guests, please note that the building does not have an elevator. The window overlooks a peaceful, quiet courtyard. The Fish Village and Kanta Island with the Cathedral are 10 minutes away.; There is a public transport stop in 2 minutes and you can quickly get to the seaside (40min.) or the airport (30min.) The snow-white linen and the silence that reigns in the apartment will allow you to relax and gain strength after a busy day. Air conditioners will save you from the heat, and a dishwasher will allow you to relax in comfort. We provide accounting documents and receipts upon prior request! We love guests with children! For an additional fee, we will be happy to provide: a high chair, a playpen cot and a walking stick. We also have a transfer service to/from the airport. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN: Check-in time: after 14.00 Check-out time: before 12.00 (Early check-in and late check-out are additionally agreed upon and depend on the availability of other bookings before or after you) The price is indicated for 2 people. Discounts are provided for long-term stays! For double occupancy and payment according to the rate for 2 guests, only the bed is made. Extra bed linen for the sofa is available on request for an additional fee (Please inform in advance). Upon arrival, an insurance deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after cleaning the apartment if all the property is safe. For guests under 20 years of age and for guests traveling with pets, a security deposit of 10,000 rubles is required. Parties/events are not allowed! "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is forbidden to make noise): from 22:00 to 09:00. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you indicated at the time of booking.
