The two-bedroom apartments are located within walking distance to one of the most beloved places of all tourists - Kanta Island and the Fish Village. If you plan to walk around all the tourist spots of our city, then you are welcome here! We have tried to create the most comfortable conditions for you so that you can feel at home. To make your morning the kindest, we took care of a coffee machine and natural coffee, and for a New Year's mood we hung garlands. The apartment has 3 large separate rooms and a separate kitchen, we can comfortably accommodate 6 adults or a family with children. In the rooms you can relax on large beds with comfortable mattresses. In one of the rooms, the bed can be moved apart and you can sleep separately. In the living room, you can relax on a large and comfortable sofa while watching your favorite movies. You can also read your favorite book in a comfortable armchair. The window offers a view of the Kant Cathedral. The North Station is 10 minutes away by minibus. From it you can reach the sea coast (30-40 min.) The snow-white linen and the silence that reigns in the apartment will allow you to relax and gain strength after a busy day. And the atmosphere imbued with the history of Konigsberg will be remembered for a long time. And the stunning view from the window, of course, will remain in the memory. We provide accounting documents and receipts upon prior request! We love guests with children! For an additional fee, we will be happy to provide: a high chair, a playpen cot and a walking stick.We also have a transfer service to/from the airport. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN: Check-in time: after 14.00 Check-out time: before 12.00 (Early check-in and late check-out are additionally agreed upon and depend on the availability of other bookings before or after you) The price is indicated for 4 people. The surcharge for each next guest is 1000₽/day. Discounts are provided for long-term stays! When renting for a month, the cost is 57,000₽?(until the end of March 2024) For quadruple occupancy and payment according to the rate for 4 guests, only two double beds are made. Extra bed linen for the sofa is available on request for an additional fee (Please inform in advance).Upon arrival, an insurance deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged, which is refunded after cleaning the apartment if all the property is safe. Parties/events are not allowed! "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is forbidden to make noise): from 22:00 to 09:00. It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you indicated at the time of booking.
