About hotel

The apartments is located in the historical center on the shore of Lake Superior. There is a beautiful garden with flowering plants and amazing lawns around, and from the windows of the rooms there is a beautiful view of the castle ponds — today these are the Upper and Lower Lakes. The Upper lake appeared in Kaliningrad in 1270. In order to have a constant source of water near the castle, the monks made a dam and formed a pond. Ponds were a favorite vacation spot for Koenigsburgers: thousands of people gathered here on holidays. Ancient parks and a magnificent lake preserve the rich history of Kaliningrad, which organically fits the modern Oberteich Hotel.
