Stella Apartments by the Upper Lake

Studio apartment in the historical center. It is located 3 minutes from Lake Superior and Yunost Park. There is a public transport stop near the house. The apartment has a double bed with a sleeping place of 160-200 and a double sofa bed. We provide 2 towels per guest. We also provide slippers, dental kits, shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove with an oven, a microwave oven, and an electric kettle. All necessary utensils for cooking. The apartment also has instant coffee, sunflower oil, tea, sugar and salt for the comfort of guests. A water filter is installed. There is also an iron, hairdryer and TV, washing machine. A boiler is installed in the apartment in case of an emergency shutdown of the hot water. The balcony overlooks the lake.
