Мы были в номере комфорт. Всё было чисто, белоснежные постельное бельё и полотенца. Потолки высокие. Здание новое. Есть тёплые полы: на кухне хорошо греют, а в спальной и ванной - не очень - только из-за этого минус одна звёздочка.

Bad

Бронировала через островок. Выбрала опцию оплата на месте. За день до вылета и заселения бронь отменили, о чем случайно узнала , зайдя в приложение. Оказывается, необходимо было внести предоплату. Информации об этом нигде не было, никаких сообщений смс и в почту не приходило , ссылок на оплату не присылали. Вот так поступают за день до вылета . Островок сказал , что это отель снял бронь , в отеле сказали , что это островок снял бронь . Мест не было, пришлось судорожно искать другое жильё

Данные апартаменты лучшие за всю историю путешествий нашей семьи! Впервые путешествовали с маленьким ребенком и выбор Vanva стал идеальным решением. Удобная обустроенная кухня, уборка в номере, сушилка и стиральная машинка. Мы отдохнули качественно и с комфортом) Спасибо огромное за вашу работу! Обязательно остановимся у вас снова и будем советовать другим)

VANVA is a new apartment complex in an area with developed infrastructure. Cafes, shops, bank and post offices, as well as public transport stops are within walking distance. There are 14 rooms (apartments) of various comfort categories available to guests. Each room is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, air conditioning and a private bathroom.
