The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, oven) and cutlery (pots, frying pan, mugs, plates, cutlery). Digital television, high-speed unlimited Internet (wi-fi). Bathroom and toilet are tiled. The balcony is glazed (smoking is allowed only on the balcony). Bed linen sets, terry towels, disposable slippers, a set of hotel perfumes: shampoo, gel and soap are provided. The territory of the house is fenced, for check-in to the parking lot we provide a remote control from the gate with a refundable deposit. Check-in rules: Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry. Upon check-in, a passport is required (in the absence of registration in the Russian Federation, a cash deposit is paid, which is refunded upon departure).
