The hotel is located in a quiet picturesque location overlooking the Yachenskoye reservoir and the Kaluga Forest. Nearby are: the Tolmachev Estate, the Vostok launch vehicle, the Tsiolkovsky Cosmonautics Museum and St. George's Cathedral. Kaluga Train Station is 4 km away, and Grabtsevo Airport is 11 km away.
