The Cherry Orchard estate is located in the village of Kamenka in a picturesque area of the Zadonsky district of the Lipetsk region near the Kudykina Gora Ecopark. In the manor, guests can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and plunge into the atmosphere of nature, enjoy the clean air, take a walk in the picturesque corners of our region, go fishing (there is a toll pond nearby), and of course enjoy the powerful roar of the Gorynych. There is an equipped beach on the territory of Kudykina Gora. Three cozy houses with isolated rooms and a spacious hall and a covered veranda are offered for accommodation. The houses are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a double bed, a bunk bed, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove), a dining area, towels, air conditioning, TV, dishes, picnic sets for 4-6 people, a bathroom with shower, a terrace with swings outdoor furniture, barbecue and necessary accessories. On the territory of the estate there is also a barrel bath and a heated font, a steam room with a tea drinking area, towels and bathrobes (for a fee), a barbecue area where you can cook delicious pilaf, a cozy gazebo. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking equipped with video surveillance cameras are also provided.
