""Dom Art 53" Guest House (Kamensk‑Shakhtinsky, Geroy Pionerov str., 53) is a modern accommodation facility with the award "Good Place 2026". It is located in a quiet area 1.5 km from the center and not far from the M4 "Don" highway: convenient for car travelers, while the territory is quiet and peaceful. The guest house has 14 "Deluxe" rooms with an area of 26 sq. m. m: double, triple and quadruple rooms. Each room has comfortable furniture, a split system, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a private bathroom, blackout curtains and free Wi‑Fi. Towels, slippers and basic hygiene items are provided. In the guest house "Dom Art 53", business travelers are provided with a package of documents for reporting — it is needed so that the employer can confirm the living expenses. What is included in the package The contract for the provision of hotel services — records the conditions of accommodation, dates of arrival and departure, the cost and details of the guest. The act of work performed (services rendered) — confirms that the service has actually been provided, indicating the period of stay and the amount. Cash receipt (in paper or electronic form) — a mandatory document confirming the payment; contains all the details required by the CCT law. Invoice (if necessary) — can be requested by the accounting department to link to a payment order. Any cars, including cars with trailers, can be placed free of charge in a closed guarded parking lot; the territory is under video surveillance. For relaxation, there is a cozy gazebo, a common area with an iron and ironing board, and a water cooler. Breakfast can be ordered in the room: the menu includes eggs, toast, pancakes, porridge, dumplings. You can stay with a pet (weight up to 10 kg, as agreed). 24—hour front desk, check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00; early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement.
