Yantar

The Yantar recreation center is located 95 km from Chelyabinsk, in the Argayashsky district on the southern shore of Lake Uvildy. The lake is famous for its variety of fish species, and is a great place for fishing, spearfishing, and recreation. Lake Uvildy is a hydrological natural monument, the largest body of water in the Chelyabinsk region and one of the most picturesque. In the early 1970s, Lake Uvildy was included in the list of valuable and picturesque reservoirs of the world by the International Limnological Association. Clear, transparent waters, ridges of rocky, forested islands, sheltered bays and vast stretches are the hallmark of Lake Uvilda.
