There is a large territory with a luxurious wood-burning sauna, a fishing lake, and a restaurant with traditional cuisine. There is an entertainment area for residents, where under a cozy canopy those who wish can play billiards and table tennis. Enjoy watching a movie, sit by the hearth with friends. There is also a large number of gazebos and a barbecue area. Also on the territory you can find the stormy Cherek River, which originates from the Glaciers of the Caucasus. For sports people there is a playground for volleyball, badminton, children can play football. There are special areas for walking animals.
