The apartment is for those who love space: the house is "Stalinka", with high – 3m ceilings and a spacious living room. The ideal location for a relaxing stay is a residential area of the city, with a measured rhythm of life, but at the same time a 15–minute drive from the heart of the city! Grocery stores and cafes are within walking distance from the house. In addition, there is a cancer center and an emergency hospital not far from the house. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator), with designer renovation, comfortable to accommodate up to 6 adults. You will be provided with everything for a comfortable stay: bed linen and towels, high-speed Internet and cable TV, a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, two folding sofas, a fully equipped kitchen. We provide contactless check-in at any time convenient to you, and the Delta system provides security. You can park your car under the windows of the house on the street, or in the courtyard if there are places. And yes, we don't smoke, either in the apartment or on the balcony – there is a fine for this (respect other guests, someone may be intolerant of smoke); please note that there is a special smoking area in the house. Before checking in, you must provide your details and pay a security deposit of 4000 rubles, which is refunded on the day of departure before 19.00 after checking the apartment by the maids.
