Our apartments have all the necessary furniture (a double bed and 2 double sofas) and household appliances. The house has a great location! Within walking distance of Tat Oil Arena, the Riviera Water Park, the Ak Bars Arena Football Stadium, the Water Sports Palace, the Kazan CHASHA Family Center and the Central Registry Office, Leroy Merlin, a beautiful promenade, as well as 10 minutes by car or public transport to the historic city center!!! There are also public transport stops in any direction, the best restaurants and cafes in the city, shops, etc. within a 2-minute walk. Our apartments are always clean and tidy Check-in at/after 14:00. Check-out at/before 11:00h.
