A two-bedroom apartment in the central part of the city, conveniently located for tourists and visitors to Kazan. The Kamal Theatre is nearby, as well as the embankment of Lake Kaban — a wonderful place for walks at any time of the year. Bauman pedestrian street is approximately a 20-minute walk away. Parking is available in the courtyard for guests. Please note: the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is spacious, with separate rooms and a large kitchen of 13 sq. m, which is especially convenient for families and groups. The bedroom features a double bed (160×200 cm) for two guests. The living room includes a large double bed (180×200 cm) and a fold-out sofa (140×200 cm). The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, including children of any age. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided: a microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, as well as a kitchen area equipped with cookware and storage space. The apartment is bright, clean, and suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet well developed, with shops, cafés, and public transport stops nearby. It is easy to reach the city’s main attractions and business locations. The apartment is not available for parties or noisy events. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including hookah.
