✔️ Comfortable studio apartment in the new Aquamarine residential complex. It is located in one of the best locations in the city of Kazan – on the shore of Kaban Lake. A quiet, cozy place where you can spend time walking along the lake embankment and Monastyrskaya Bayou. You can order sap boards here and swim for your pleasure. Fishing is an alternative to active recreation, and there is a fishing shop within a 5-minute walk. A closed courtyard without cars. On the ground floor of the house there is a grocery store, fresh pastries and coffee. The order pick-up point is Ozone. 10-15 minutes drive from the Kazan Kremlin house, the main pedestrian street – Bauman, 20 minutes from the Riviera water park, Baryonix ✔️ We can accommodate up to 3 adult guests in the apartment. The sleeping area consists of a double bed (160*200) and a pull–out sofa (100*195) The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking and storing food: microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle and all necessary cutlery for 3 persons The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap, cotton swabs and discs, washing powder, slippers The rules of daily accommodation provide clean bed linen, towels for each resident and disposable slippers. We provide 2 towels for each guest: facial and bath towels. If you need an additional set of towels or bed linen, we provide them for a fee.When checking in 2 people, there is one sleeping place for two (one blanket).If you sleep separately, then the cost of an additional set of bed linen is 500 rubles once (warn us about it a day in advance) Hygiene and safety are not just words for us. Therefore, we have signed a contract with the laundry and entrust the washing of bed linen and towels to professionals ✔️ Free Wi-Fi and smart TV ✔️ Self-check-in system at a time convenient for you. On the day of arrival, our administrator will contact you, you will send him a copy of your passport (full name and registration), he will send you instructions on check-in ✔️ Deposit 3000 rubles. you send it at the time of check-in to the apartment, we will return it on the day of check-out after checking the apartment by the maid. The price is for 2 guests, for each subsequent guest an additional fee of 500rubles per day ✔️ Car parking around the house is free Check–in at the apartment from 14:00, check-out at 12:00. The released 2 hours are allocated to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in (and/or late check-out) is possible subject to free days before (and/or after) check-in for an additional fee
