About the apartment: ⁃ 5 beds (double bed 160/200, single bed 90/200 and comfortable sofa 160/200) - high-speed Internet (wi-fi), Smart TV - all necessary appliances and utensils (washing machine, , 2 TVs,electric stove,oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, hair dryer) Personal hygiene items for each guest: three towels of different sizes, shower gel, shampoo. ⁃ dishes: a frying pan, a saucepan (3 liters), cups, wine glasses, glasses, plates, cutlery, a corkscrew and other necessary kitchen items. Our rules: ⁃ Check-in from 14 / check -out until 12 *early check-in and late check-out are possible - to be negotiated separately , We ask you to pay a deposit of 2000 rubles. The deposit is refunded in full after check-out and cleaning of the apartment, subject to the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. Smoking (cigarettes/hookah), any noisy events and parties are PROHIBITED in the apartment. - In case of complaints from neighbors or law enforcement agencies, eviction without refund of the deposit.
